  1. Babies are one week old, its been a long hard week, its taken Kisses a while to settle with her babies, she has not wanted to have them in the Stiirdi but behind the door on some vet bed which has made things very difficult for me to get in and out of the room, she also had the vets on Tuesday and is on antibiotics and pain relief as very sore after first baby getting stuck, she is on the mend now though :-) she is being a good mummy feeding and taking care of her babies and they are growing well :-) one already has one eye open :-)

  2. Lily's boys are one week old and chunky little monkeys :-) its lovely watching them both grow, they have stunning markings, gorgeous heads, love how their little nose's twitch when they are smelling me after my shower :-) getting excited for their eyes to open any day soon, Lily is being a little naughty and over grooming them and nibbling their ears :-( she is the best mummy though :-) love you Lily and your boys xxx

  3. We are very excited to announce Snow Kisses and Snowballs babies have arrived, Kisses went into labour on Saturday morning, her first baby was breach and stuck so it was an emergency trip to the vets where little Stuart (named after the vet who delivered him) was born but sadly it was too late :-(  the next baby was also breach, born at the vets under the watchful eye of our trusted vet, in total Kisses had six babies three silver and three brown, five of which are alive and doing well at two days old, Im so proud of Kisses how she coped at the vets and during labour, she was a star :-) Kisses is being a fantastic mummy to her bengal babies who all look so much like Daddy Snowball :-)

Well done baby girl love mummy & daddy and your proud breeder Liz xxx

Play safe baby Stuart over at Rainbow Bridge xxx

  4. Breeding is so hard at times, we seem to be having a run of bad luck with the loss of bengal babies at birth or just after of late, it is normal to lose one in each litter at birth, I have gotten very good at reviving them and just wont give up on them, sadly this year to date we have lost five kittens three at birth one at a day old due to cleft pallet and our gorgeous Baby Star at 3 weeks 3 days old xxx

    My heart breaks :-(

Before this time we had not lost a kitten for almost four whole years

It never gets any easier, a breeder once told me when we had our first litter and I have always remembered if you lose one keep going as you have a live one on the way that needs your help, very good advice that has stayed with me :-)
